- Anacondas are green, not purple. They also have black spots, not pink ones.
- Anacondas can slither and slide. They can't fly.
- Anaconda live in rivers, not on snowy mountains because they're too cold.

- This is the second time "Nada" was sung, first being Pepito's Penguin School.
- Just like in The Mommy Macaw, Linda the Librarian, Little Kinkajou is in Beehive Trouble, The Tapir's Trip Home, Diego Saves the Beavers, Pampas Cat and Friends Help the Rescue Center, and Cotton-Top Tamarin Cave Rescue, Rescue Pack transforms into items one by one and they appear above him. The viewer then has to choose which item is useful for Diego.
- This is the only time the Bobo Brothers froze without being told to (hearing "Freeze, Bobos!") as they were about to fall from the broken bridge before swinging at the last moment.
- This would later occur in Cotton-Top Tamarin Cave Rescue where the Bobos saw the falling rocks at the cave entrance.
